How we work

One contract, from specification to delivery.

You agree the specification, price and delivery terms with M&R Foods. We buy the goods from the producer in our own name and sell them to you.

Step by step

Eight steps, from enquiry to after-sales.

Each step is handled where it happens: M&R Foods in Egypt at the source, M&R Foods in Germany close to you.

    Enquiry

    You send product, specification, packaging, quantity, delivery date and delivery address. If anything is missing, we ask.

  2. 02In Germany

    Specification

    We write the specification down, and you agree it before we quote. Every later check is made against it.

  3. 03In Egypt

    Sourcing and quotation

    M&R Foods in Egypt finds producers that can meet the specification and checks them. You receive a quotation with price, delivery terms, delivery date and validity.

  4. 04In Germany

    Order

    You order from M&R Foods. We buy the goods from the producer in our own name, so your contract is with M&R Foods only.

  5. 05In Egypt

    Production and inspection

    M&R Foods in Egypt follows production, inspects the goods before loading and arranges laboratory tests. An independent inspection is added if you request one.

  6. 06In Egypt

    Documents and shipping

    M&R Foods in Egypt prepares the export documents and books transport.

  7. 07In Germany

    Arrival and delivery

    DDP: we clear customs in Germany, pay duty and import VAT, and deliver to your site. FCA or FOB: the goods are handed to your carrier in Egypt.

  8. 08In Germany

    After delivery

    Questions and claims go to M&R Foods in Germany. We deal with the producer.

You deal with one company. The work is split between our company in Egypt and our contact in Germany.
