When you visit this website
Each time a page is opened, the server of our hosting provider automatically records information that your browser sends. These server log files contain:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
- Page or file requested and the amount of data transferred
- Website from which you came (referrer)
- Browser type and version, and operating system
We need this data to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in these purposes. The data is not combined with other data and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Fonts and images are stored on our own server, so your browser loads nothing from other companies when you visit.
Enquiries by form, email or phone
The enquiry form does not send any data to this website. When you press “Send enquiry”, your own email program opens with an email addressed to inquiries@martenramez.com, and you decide whether to send it.
When you email or call us, we process the details you give us, such as your name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry, to answer you and to prepare quotations and contracts. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries; our legitimate interest is answering the questions sent to us.
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you. If a contract follows, we keep the related records for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only where this is needed to answer your enquiry or to carry out an order, or where the law requires it.
M&R Foods is registered in Egypt and has a contact in Germany. Your enquiry may therefore be processed in Egypt, which is outside the European Union, as far as this is needed to answer it and to take the steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
